½ cup oats

1tsp cinnamon

1tbsp cocoa powder

Direction: mash the banana

Add the ingredients mentioned above and stir it well

Now put microwave it for 4 – 5 minutes

Allow to cool down for couple of minutes and serve it.

Take one cup of low fat or Greek yogurt chop blueberries in it and refrigerate it for 20 minutes and serve it chill

The other way it you can heat blueberries till the time it melts, add one pinch of sugar as it melts and 1 tsp of cinnamon

Let it cool down and then pour it in low fat or Greek yogurt

Blend the mixture well and refrigerate it for 20 minutes

Serve it chill.

1 Onion

1 tomato

1 garlic clove

1 capsicum

1 bowl spinach

Salt and pepper to taste

Heat the 1 tbsp oil in skillet, add the onions, tomato, capsicum and garlic clove, Let it sauté until it start to wit

Add the boiled spinach

Now whisk the eggs in separate bowl, add salt and pepper

Pour the whisked egg in the skillet add salt and pepper. Stir it well till the eggs are set and moist.

Plate it and add goat cheese. You can also add chili flakes and oregano.

Upma (Rava or Semolina)

Semolina or rava is made up of durum wheat. It helps you feel full for longer an prevents you from over eating. For those who looking for weight loss, this is the perfect breakfast as it is digested slowly. If nothing is available in the kitchen for breakfast, this is the rescue and it is very easy to make.

Ingredients

1 cup roasted rava(semolina)

2 tbsp oil

1 onion

½ cup green peas

5 curry leaves

½ tsp mustard seeds

2 green chilies

1 tsp salt

4 cup buttermilk

¼ tsp ginger paste

Directions

Put oil in a pan.

Put mustard seeds, green chilies, curry leaves, ginger paste, and then onion.

Sauté it till the time it’s pink, then put green peas

Add roasted rava, add 4 cups of buttermilk and stir well to avoid lumps.

It is done and ready to eat when it soaks the buttermilk. You can plate it by garnishing coriander leaves on it.
