Cleansing

Be sure you keep your face clean all day. Especially those oily surfaces on nose, forehead and cheeks be sure you keep it oil free. Moisturize your face and keep it moist. Remove your make up completely before going to sleep to avoid pore clogging which leads to blackheads.

Steam

Steam is one of the natural ways to get rid of blackheads faster and naturally. Take a big bowl. Fill it with water. Boil it. Then with the thick towel cover your head and tent over the boiling water. Ensure you keep enough distance; don’t get too close towards hot water. You can take steam as long as you are comfortable. You can also add few drops of lemon in the hot water. Once you are done take the towel off and wash your face with normal water.

Milk

Dip cotton ball into milk and dab it on your face, gently scrubbing the blackheads will help you to reduce or minimize blackheads.

Veggies and fruits

To prevent blackheads, you must include fresh fruits and vegetables. Minimum servings of fresh fruit and vegetable must be included in your diet which will keep your skin healthy.

Tomatoes

Tomatoes are easily available. Tomato contains high lycopene, it provides oxygen to the skin and this delays the skin aging. It keeps the skin healthy and glowing. Tomatoes are rich in vitamin C, vitamin A and antioxidants. The acidic content in tomatoes helps you keep your skin clear and reduces acne. You can use tomato as a scrub for your face. Cut the tomato into two pieces and gently rub it on all over your face in circular motion for 15 minutes and gently wash it with cold water. Alternately you can squeeze tomato juice and apply it on your face using your fingers, avoiding your eyes, keep it for 15 minutes and wash it with cold water. This will cleanse your skin as it has vitamin C and vitamin A. repeat this twice or thrice a week and you can see great results.

Aloe Vera

Apply some juice of aloe vera around the affected area and keep it for 15 minutes and wash it with Luke warm water. This will soothe your skin and also gradually help you get rid of blackheads.

Egg white mask

Take the egg white; whisk it and apply the egg white on the face, this will tighten the skin and make the pores appear smaller.  This will get your skin glow and gradually make blackheads disappear.

Lemon and honey

Take one table spoon of honey. Add few drops of lemon. Apply that mask on the nose. (That’s the most affected area) Keep that for 20 minutes and wash it off with Luke warm water. You can also apply lemon on the nose in move in circular motion. Lemon helps lock open pores and acts as a toner.

Oranges

Orange which contains vitamin C helps the skin to glow and shine. Peel the orange skin. Let it dry for couple of hours. You can rub the dry orange skin on the affected area for 10 minutes and wash it off. Also you can grind the dry orange peel. Use this mixture as a scrub by adding few drops of honey in it. Apply on your affected area and rinse off with Luke warm water.

 

Olive oil and lemon

Add 1 tsp of olive oil and few drops of lemon. Mix it and apply it on the affected area. Keep it for 20 minutes and rinse it off with Luke warm water. This acts as a toner as it locks the pores. You can apply this on your face to get rid of blackheads.
