Sit ups

Sit ups target your abdominal muscles. Regular sit ups will help you build your muscles including your abdomen, back and shoulder. It creates more stability and gives you a balanced body. Steps :

Lie down on the floor using mat

Bend your knees; place your finger tips behind your ears

Now slowly pull your shoulders and pull your body up towards your knees (shoulders to be lifted off the floor)

Be sure you do not bend your head forward or do not pull your chin down.

Now roll back to your normal position.

If you face any back pain then you can use the floor gym ball or consult your doctor or fitness trainer.

Leg raise

Leg raise are excellent exercise if you looking to turn your flab into toned flat belly. Leg lift builds strong abs and hip flexors. Leg lifts add support to your upper body and helps balancing even if you are wearing high heels. The role of balancing becomes more important as you age. It also burn enough calories.

Lie on the floor using floor mat. Extend your legs in front of you

Place your hands under your glutes

Now slowly raise your legs until they make 90 degree angle on the floor. Exhale as you perform this position, hold it for a second.

Now as you inhale slowly lower your legs back down to the starting position.

Planks

With simple exercise at times you get great results. Plank is the most effective exercise. It works well on your glutes, hamstrings, and improves postures. There are many variations in plank which will help you improve your overall posture and balance. You can gradually increase the duration taken in plank as it helps increasing your core muscles strength. Plank will help you reduce back pain, reduce belly fat, will give you proper flexibility and plays a major role in getting you toned flat belly.

Start by getting into push up position

Bend your elbows and rest your weight on your forearms instead of your hands.

Your body should form a straight line from shoulder to ankles

Brace your core

Hold this position for 20 – 30 seconds.

Crunches

Whenever you are aiming to reduce belly fat, the most common thing that comes in your mind is crunches. This exercise improves your muscles strength and flexibility. Crunches can be performed any time anywhere as it does not require any equipment. Regularly performing crunches will lead you to your belly fat burn  mission.

Lie flat on your back on the floor using floor mat.

Bend your knees, hips wide apart.

Place your finger tips slightly under your ears

Tilt your chin slightly, leaving a few inches space between chin and chest

Now slowly pull your shoulders and pull your body up towards your knees, (shoulders to be lifted off the floor)

Your shoulders should leave the floor by about 4 inches; hold this position for couple of seconds.

Now roll back to your normal position.

Be sure you consult your fitness trainer, as crunches performed incorrectly may trigger pain or injury in your lower back.
