Internally relaxed skins are healthier. You should sleep for minimum seven hours. Getting required amount of sleep, fitness, reducing stress, meditating are few essentials in life for great skin. Try to minimize stress in your life as much as possible and seek indulging by pampering yourself in stress free sleep, spa, facials etc.
Sun is a great source of vitamin D. The best time to enjoy sun is the morning 7:00 am to 9:00 am. However after 9:00 am it hits you really hard and causes several damages to the skin like itching, irritation, etc. Sunscreen acts as a shield to protect your skin from UV rays. Sunscreen protects you from UV rays. Most people who spend time outside should use sunscreen. It is recommended to use at least 15 SPF sun screen. Sunscreen prevents you from pre-aging, sun burns, pigmentation and prevents tanning.
Using moisturizer on our face makes you look beautiful, younger and will give you softer skin. The best time to apply moisturizer is after shower every day. Ensure you cleanse your face first before you moisturize it. Mostly skin absorbs moisturizer immediately after you applied it. It is important to know your skin type and buy the moisturizer accordingly.
