Don’t skip meals
This is the basic rule of weight loss. Many of them may have this question about consuming frequent meals. Skipping meals doesn’t actually help you in any way. Skipping meals will slow down your metabolism and may cause weight gain. When you go without eating anything your body senses starvation and ultimately you tend to eat more. Controlling frequent hunger pangs leads to eating more than you would have eaten otherwise. The importance of eating increases if you looking for weight loss. The strong reason behind this is restoration or preservation of muscles. Skipping meals – with an intention to drop few pounds we at times try to skip meals however there are worst effects of skipping meals. All it does is harm than good.
Get 7-8 hours of sleeps every day. When you do not sleep sufficiently it affects your efforts you take every day to eat properly and exercise. If you are aiming for weight loss then get proper sleep.
Drink lots of water
Drink lots of water if you looking for weight loss because our body contains approximately 60% of water, and when we are not having sufficient water means we are affecting the performance of our body by dehydration. Water is calorie free, fat free and cholesterol free. You can have water any time and it will not add weight to your body. You can also squeeze a slice of lemon in your water to add some taste. It keeps your body hydrated. Water also gives you the feeling of fullness between your meals.
Eat by the clock
Eat within 2 hours of waking up. Have short healthy meals every 4-5 hours this will result in less intake of food during dinner and eat 3 hours before going to bed. Frequency in healthy meals will keep you full and energetic. Include fresh fruits, salads, protein and low cab food.
Exercise keeps you healthy and fit always. It burns calories. It prevents gain extra weight and maintains weight loss. The more intense workout, the more calories you burn. It lifts your spirits emotionally. It improves your energy level. Exercising 30 minutes or a brisk walk will leave you happy and more relaxed. You get more confident losing weight and improve your self esteem.
